Co-founder, Mainspring Change Consultants

Ang Roell is a co-founder of Mainspring Change Consultants. Ang holds an MA in Curriculum Design and Evaluation from Wheelock College at Boston University with a focus on Social Justice Education.  Ang boasts a strong background in institutional assessment and social justice education. Through data gathering, they help build robust, tailored logic models, roadmap organizational goals, and sustainable plans for change. Their work centers on equitable community engagement.

Mainspring Change Consultants (MCC) create frameworks that interrupt structural and systematic oppression.  From assessments to power-mapping, MCC uses a participatory process that values the wisdom and lived experience of all individuals within an organization.
