Generational Dynamics
The nation is on the brink of a generational shift, one that comes but once a century. What makes this transition so unique? Presentations and workshops on this topic introduce participants to Strauss & Howe’s compelling theory on generational cycles and social change, and its significance to current challenges in the workplace. Focusing primarily on the differences between and the strengths and limitations of Baby Boomers, Gen X and incoming Gen Y (or Millennials), participants are invited to look beyond the biases and assumptions of their generational perspectives to explore the potent compatibilities that lie within the mix.
