For over 20 years, Joseph has engaged individuals, groups, teams and organizations in creating more of what they really want. Whether on a high ropes course or in a conference room, working one-on-one as a coach or facilitating workshops, he has brought to his work a passion for empowering others and creating the conditions necessary for deep learning and change.
A counselor, workshop facilitator, leadership consultant and personal coach, Joseph has designed and led experiential training and personal development programs for a diverse clientele. He has worked with at-risk youth, educators, boards, intact teams, and executive leaders. As a facilitator and facilitator trainer with GLI since 2000, Joseph has provided leadership and team development to government, educational and corporate organizations.
Joseph has led seminars across the US and in Canada and Mexico and is known for his transparency, warmth, honed listening skills and mastery in the art of facilitation. His multi-disciplinary background includes training in Jungian typology, experiential education, Shadow Work®, social justice and multicultural awareness and Nonviolent Communication.
An accomplished musician, Joseph graduated summa cum laude from Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford.
