GLI Executive Coach, Consultant & Facilitator
A GLI team member since 2000, Joseph provides leadership coaching, team development, and training to federal government employees at nearly all GS levels. In collaboration with BIPOC colleagues, he also consults to private sector leaders and organizations striving to create more racially equitable and inclusive systems, practices and communities. In private practice, Joseph counsels and coaches people who want to bring more of themselves to life.
Known for his vulnerability, warmth, deep listening and expert facilitation, Joseph’s background includes training in Jungian typology, experiential education, Shadow Work®, social justice, Nonviolent Communication and movement disciplines such as yoga, martial arts and dance. An accomplished musician, Joseph graduated summa cum laude from Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford.
