Leadership Development Programs

Leadership Laboratory® : A program for leadership practice and refinement, this lab is designed to help senior and mid-level managers make a successful transition from managing to leading. Through cohort learning, the Leadership Laboratory® promotes self-awareness, personal commitment and leadership practice.

Path to Leadership LabSM: A program created for emerging leaders, this lab cements the lessons and insights gained from client-customized experiential programming. As a cohort, participants have the opportunity to share, reflect upon and internalize what they are learning about leadership in their organization or industry from various assignments, projects, executive interviews, and/or mentor relationships.

Leadership Legacy ProjectSM: A program designed to connect the leadership legacy of the Baby Boom Generation to the inheritors of that legacy, Generation X. We apply our expertise in generational diversity and tested leadership development methodology to assist organizations in the mentoring and development of Gen X leaders.

Executive Coaching: Leaders deserve high quality support. We provide executive coaching services to support leaders in attaining the results they want.

Organizational Development Consulting Expertise

Leading Culture Change Initiatives: Unquestionably the most difficult change to initiate and successfully carry out is culture change. Our method takes into account the employee’s needs for security and safety when change happens at the cultural level. Here, leaders need to be both patient and persistent, showing gratitude for the old ways while demonstrating excitement for the new. We help leaders roll out a comprehensive plan to move their organizations from one set of cultural norms to another.

Deep Type®

Deep Type® Methodology: Gilburg Leadership Institute believes effective leaders must have awareness of their natural strengths and limitations. We use the Deep Type® methodology, founded on Jungian Typology, to help leaders gain a deeper understanding of the impact of their innate, individual strengths and limitations on themselves, their leadership behaviors and their organizations.
